This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through www.yournoblenest.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below, as well as any brand-specific terms applicable to the products you purchase.

2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
• United States

Future shipping availability to the UK and EU and Canada may be added.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary by item, destination, and brand.
Domestic (U.S.): Flat-rate or free shipping may be available depending on product or promotion.
International: May incur duties, taxes, or import fees—these are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Order Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 48 business hours (Monday–Friday).
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

5. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary by brand, item type, and destination:
Standard U.S.: 3–7 business days
Expedited U.S.: 1–3 business days
International: 7–14 business days
Product availability and lead times are reflected on each product page. Custom and made-to-order items may require additional time.

6. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We use trusted carriers, including:
U.S.: FedEx, UPS, USPS
International: FedEx International, DHL
Some brands are fulfilled using Freight Club, where assigned carriers and their terms and conditions will apply. Other items are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer using their preferred shipping provider. Carrier and method are determined by brand, item size, and destination.

7. Tracking and Notifications
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with:
• Tracking number
• Carrier name
• Estimated delivery date

8. Delivery Issues
8.1 Delayed or Lost Packages
• Contact us if your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date.
• If tracking confirms delivery but the package is missing, we’ll investigate with the carrier.

8.2 Damaged Shipments
• Notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage.
• We’ll arrange a replacement or refund per the brand’s policy.

8.3 Missing Items
• Report missing items within 7 days of delivery.
• We’ll resolve the issue per brand guidelines.

9. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
• If a package is returned due to address issues, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

10. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping policies vary by brand:
• If the return is due to damage, defect, or our error, return shipping is covered by Your Noble Nest.
• For buyer’s remorse or brand-specific return policies, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

11. International Customs and Duties
• Import duties, VAT, and taxes are not included in the purchase price.
• These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may vary by destination.
• Customs delays may extend delivery times.

12. Brand-Specific Shipping Terms
Some brands have specific fulfillment, shipping provider, or lead-time policies.
• Orders fulfilled by Freight Club are subject to the Freight Club Terms and Conditions.
• Other products may be drop-shipped directly by the manufacturer, and their carrier terms will apply.
