Applies to all Essentials For Living purchases through Your Noble Nest
Order Placement & Processing
Orders must be submitted via email, fax, or through our website. Verbal orders will not be accepted. Please reference exact item numbers, product names, and finishes to avoid errors. POs should include your business name or order reference number.
Orders unpaid or unprocessed after 10 business days will be cancelled unless containing backordered items or approved for extension in writing. Special Orders require a deposit and are non-cancellable. Estimated lead times are subject to change.
Storage & Holding
Completed orders will be held for up to 10 business days. Requests for longer hold periods must be submitted in writing. Orders must be paid in full before storage. Payments are non-refundable, and orders are final sale once stored.
Storage Fees:
• 1% of order value per week
• $100 minimum per order
• Charged weekly, starting Monday
Delivery & Shipping Policy
Your Noble Nest fulfills all orders via Freight Club, which assigns carriers from its network of trusted freight providers. Tracking and carrier details will be provided upon shipment.
All deliveries are governed by the assigned carrier’s terms, which may vary. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect packages upon delivery.
By ordering, you agree to:
• Report damage within 24–48 hours
• Submit concealed damage with photo documentation
• Note visible damage on the delivery receipt
• Request any added services (liftgate, appointments) prior to shipping

Receiving & Inspection Requirements
All goods must be inspected at delivery. Any damage or irregularity must be noted on the Bill of Lading. Retain all packaging until resolution is confirmed. Items signed for as undamaged are considered accepted in good condition.
Product Warranty
Essentials For Living offers a 1-year limited warranty to the original purchaser, covering defects in materials or workmanship.
Warranty Excludes:
• Labor, freight, or incidental costs
• Improper use or care
• Natural variations in wood, leather, or stone
• Floor samples or clearance items
Claims require original packaging. Submit claims with images and documentation to: Claims@EssentialsForLiving.com
Returns & Exchanges
Returns require authorization. Buyer’s remorse returns are not accepted.
Authorized Returns Must:
• Be initiated within 7 days of shipment
• Be returned in unopened, original cartons
• Include all hardware and packaging
• Be prepaid by the customer (freight collect not accepted)
A 20% restocking fee applies. No credit will be issued for unauthorized or damaged returns. Refunds issued after inspection.
Freight Damage Claims
Freight damage must be noted on delivery documents and reported within the carrier’s window. Concealed damage must be documented with photos.
Glass Items:
Glass must be inspected at delivery. Damage not reported at that time may be denied.
Product Variations
Natural materials like wood, leather, marble, and concrete will show variations in color, grain, or texture. These are not defects.
By ordering, you accept these natural characteristics.
Product Delays
Lead times are estimates and may vary. Essentials For Living is not liable for delays or resulting damages.
Accuracy Disclaimer
We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing inaccuracies, or omissions. Product images may differ slightly from actual merchandise.
Special Material Notes by Collection
• Bella Antique: Reclaimed wood, stone, and metal; expect natural variations
• Bronze Bay: Each marble piece is unique in veining and tone
• District: Concrete may form non-structural hairline cracks
• Stitch & Hand: Leather may show natural blemishes and creases
• Traditions: Natural marble, faux shagreen, textured veneers
• Woven: Natural teak and rope will vary over time
