3. Return Eligibility
You may return items within 7 days of receipt, subject to the following:

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition

  • Must include all original packaging, labels, and tags

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Repack item securely in original packaging

  • Ship within 7 days of receiving instructions

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless item is defective or incorrect

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless due to defect or error

  • We cover return shipping only if the return is approved due to our mistake

6. Specific Return Conditions
6.1 Change of Mind

  • Permitted only if allowed by the brand’s policy

  • Some brands do not accept buyer’s remorse returns

  • Must be unused, in original packaging, and requested within 14 days

  • Refunds may be subject to restocking fees

6.2 Defective or Damaged Items

  • Notify us within 48 hours with photo/video evidence

  • If approved, we’ll issue a replacement or refund and cover return shipping

  • We’ll arrange return and send the correct product at our expense

  • Custom or made-to-order items are final sale once production begins

  • If shipped, follow standard return procedures

  • Opened intimate or sanitary products
