GO Home Ltd. – Ordering Terms

Applies to all GO Home purchases through Your Noble Nest

Ordering Qualification
GO Home Ltd. is a wholesale-only vendor selling exclusively to the trade. Our customers include interior designers, retailers, design firms, and other qualified businesses.

Minimum Order
All orders must meet a $150 minimum. Please note that smaller orders may incur disproportionately high shipping costs.

Unique Product Characteristics
Many GO Home items are handmade from vintage, reclaimed, or natural materials. Variations in finish, size, or color are to be expected and embraced. These are not considered defects. If unsatisfied, refer to our Returns section.

Shipping & Delivery
• All orders ship FOB Carlstadt, NJ 07072 via common carrier, ground service, or GO Home Truck Delivery, based on weight, volume, and destination.
• Unauthorized refusals will incur a 20% restocking fee and full shipping costs.
• Residential, liftgate, inside delivery, or appointment fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Provide carrier account information at time of order if using your own shipping method.
• Special handling deliveries (e.g., oversized, fragile) may require third-party logistics at an additional charge.
• Include all delivery instructions (e.g., inside delivery, appointment, liftgate) when placing your order.

Drop Shipping
Drop ship requests must be stated on the purchase order. A drop ship fee applies and varies by item type.
• GO Home reserves the right to deny drop ship requests to residential addresses.
• A receiver must be present at delivery.
• Missed delivery appointments may result in additional charges.
• Refer to our Returns section for damage claims.

Backorders
Backorders will ship once available unless cancelled in writing.
• Cancel via email or fax.
• Orders marked “Ship Complete” cannot be accommodated.

Returns & Exchanges
• Contact returns@gohomeltd.com to request authorization.
• Unauthorized returns will be refused and incure full shipping charges plus a 20% restocking fee.
• Decorative books and custom upholstery are final sale and non-returnable.
• Returns must be in original condition, unassembled, unused, and in all original packaging.
• Refunds are issued only after inspection confirms resalable condition.
• Items returned in poor condition are subject to full wholesale value charge.
• For freight damage, refuse the delivery and note it on the Bill of Lading. Signing for undamaged goods voids damage claims.
• Any returned shipment with damaged outer packaging will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted by email or fax only.

• Verbal or phone requests are not accepted.
• Cancellation is not guaranteed if the order has already shipped.
